RETURN POLICY

At LUXIØN, every piece is prepared with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
